Picasso's Birthplace

A historic house on Plaza de la Merced square where Pablo Picasso was born on October 25, 1881. Today it has been converted into a museum preserving family photographs, personal belongings, and works from the early period of his creative career. Visitors can tour the reconstructed family apartment and learn about the years that preceded his artistic career.
