Place Kléber

Place Kléber is the main and largest square in the center of Strasbourg, named after General Kléber, whose monument stands at its center. It is surrounded by grand buildings, including the historic Aubette, and serves as the primary gathering place for city events, as well as the site of the famous Christmas market in winter. The square is the pedestrian heart of the city and a natural starting point for exploring the old town.
