Ponte Vecchio

The oldest bridge in Florence, built in 1345. Unique for the shops (goldsmiths, jewelers) that are built directly on its sides. Above the bridge runs the Vasari Corridor, which connects Palazzo Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.
