The main pedestrian street of Valletta running through the heart of the city from the gate to Fort St. Elmo, surrounded by baroque facades, churches and cafes. Here you will also find Castille Square with the Cathedral and the Grand Master's Palace. The street is the center of city life and the starting point for sightseeing all attractions.
Entrance is free. Ideal for a stroll in the morning hours before tourist groups arrive. Along the street there are informational boards with historical data. Kastela Square at the northern end offers a view of the bay.
