The most famous traditional house in Ohrid, built in the 19th century for the wealthy merchant family Robev. Characteristic architecture of the Ohrid style — a stone ground floor, wooden upper floors that widen toward the higher stories, and painted ceilings. Today it is part of the National Museum and presents the history of the city through archaeological finds, icons, and the authentic interior of a merchant family from the Ottoman period.
The ticket includes a tour of a traditional 19th-century Ohrid house with authentic furniture and exhibits. A visit during the morning hours is recommended, when there are fewer visitors.
