Estação de São Bento

A historic railway station from the early 20th century, famous for its more than 20,000 blue-and-white azulejo tiles depicting key events in Portuguese history — from the Battle of Aljubarrota to the arrival of King John I in Porto. It is considered one of the most beautiful railway stations in Europe. Entry is free — the station is still fully operational, with local and regional trains to Guimarães, Braga, and Aveiro. An ideal spot for photography.
