Volax Village — Granite Landscape

Volax Village — Granite Landscape

Volax is a small mountain village surrounded by hundreds of large rounded granite boulders, formed by long-term erosion processes over millions of years. Only a few dozen residents live in the village today, and a small amphitheater serves as a venue for cultural events during the summer. A particular point of interest is the Basketball Museum, dedicated to the unexpectedly rich local basketball tradition.
