Old Town Cres

A compact Venetian core surrounded by the remains of 15th and 16th century city walls. Narrow cobblestone streets lead to the Loggia, the town clock, and the Church of the Assumption of Mary. The harbour borders the old town directly, making the atmosphere particularly vivid in the morning when fishermen arrive.
