Trg slobode

Trg slobode is the main square of Umag, situated right by the harbor and at the entrance to the old town center. It is surrounded by Venetian houses, Renaissance and Baroque buildings, and remnants of the city walls, and from it one enters the narrow streets of the old town. It is also the main gathering place in the city, where open-air events are held throughout the year.
