The most popular viewpoint above Lake Bled, situated at an elevation of approximately 611 meters. From this spot, you get the classic panoramic view of the lake, island, castle, and mountains that is frequently seen on postcards. The hiking trail to the viewpoint takes about 30–45 minutes on foot.
Free and available throughout the year. A morning visit is recommended for the misty atmosphere and fewer crowds. The trail starts from the village of Mlino. Wear comfortable footwear — the trail is steep and can be slippery after rain.
