Vijećnica

Sarajevo City Hall was built in the late 19th century in a distinctive Neo-Moorish style. The former city hall and National Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina was heavily damaged during the war in 1992, when a fire destroyed a large part of the country's cultural and historical heritage. After thorough restoration it was reopened to the public and today stands as one of the symbols of Sarajevo.
