Frequently asked questions

Can I change my free city?

No — once you pick a city on the free plan, the choice is permanent. Reason: the free tier gives you lifetime access to one city, while Pro unlocks them all. To try more cities, subscribe to Pro (cancel anytime).

What happens if I cancel my Pro subscription?

Access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for (e.g. if you cancel on the 5th of the month, you have access until the end of that month). After that you return to the free plan with your original free city.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Functionally nothing — both give the exact same access. The difference is only in billing: monthly is €4.99/month, yearly is €44.99/year (equivalent to €3.75/month — 25% savings, which is 2 months free per year).

Which cities do you cover?

We currently cover the main European cities (Italy, France, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Netherlands, Greece…) with a growing list of destinations. Our AI tech lets us add new cities quickly — we follow user requests and expand the catalog every month.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy — a registered Merchant of Record with PCI-DSS certification. We never see or store your card details. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal.

How does affiliate content work in the app?

The app integrates links to GetYourGuide (tickets and tours) and Booking.com (accommodation). Links are always transparently labeled and you pay the same price as going directly to their site. Pro users see fewer affiliate banners. More details: Partners page.
