Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all visitors and registered users of the No Stress Travel app ("App"). By using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

The owner and operator of the Application is:

2. About the Application

No Stress Travel is a web application for planning city trips. It provides information about destinations, attractions, restaurants, parking, tickets, and weather, as well as an AI tool for generating personalized routes (Smart Day Planner).

The Application offers:

• Free plan: access to one city of the user's choice and basic features.
• Pro plan: access to all cities, unlimited AI-generated routes, and all application features (to be introduced at a later stage).

3. User Account

To use certain features (saving a route, generating an AI route), you need to create an account.

• Password must be at least 8 characters long.
• The details you provide (name, email) must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or delete an account in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or prolonged inactivity (over 24 months).
• You can request account deletion at any time by sending a request to info@quantessa.rs.

4. AI Smart Day Planner

The app uses Anthropic Claude artificial intelligence to generate personalized routes. Please keep the following in mind:

• AI routes are recommendations, NOT guarantees. Quantessa is not responsible for the availability of attractions, opening hours, ticket prices, weather conditions, or any other information that may change.
• Before your trip, verify all information on the official websites of attractions and transport providers.
• Your preferences (duration, pace, interests, and free notes) are sent to the Claude API. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• The number of AI route generations may be limited on the free plan.

5. Payment and Pro Plan

When the Pro plan is introduced:

• Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy — Quantessa never sees or stores your card number.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not refund any unused portion of the period, unless explicitly required by law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Affiliate Links

The app contains affiliate links to partner websites (e.g. GetYourGuide for tickets, Booking.com for accommodation). If you make a purchase or booking through these links, Quantessa may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Prices, availability, and booking terms depend on the partner, not on us. Quantessa is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms on partner websites.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (logo, design, code, translations, city and attraction descriptions, suggested routes) is the property of Quantessa, unless otherwise indicated. Images of attractions, restaurants, and parking are sourced from the Google Places API and are subject to their terms.

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. The following are prohibited: bulk downloading of content (scraping), reselling, creating a competing service from our content, and removing copyright notices.

An AI-generated route saved to your account is yours for personal use. You may not share it as a commercial guide without our written consent.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• use the App for any illegal purposes;
• attempt to breach our systems (penetration testing without our permission, brute-force attacks on passwords, exploits);
• automate access to the App (bots, scraping, bulk AI route generation);
• create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations;
• harass other users via the contact form or reviews;
• reverse engineer or copy our code, AI prompts, or database structure.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Quantessa does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App, the absence of errors, or the accuracy of all data (opening hours, prices, and availability are subject to change).
• We are not liable for any damage arising from travel decisions you make based on information from the App.
• We are not liable for the content, availability, quality, or security of partner websites or booking services.
• We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure (e.g., a ZTL fine due to an inaccurate map, a missed flight due to weather — all verification is your responsibility).

Our total liability to you, to the extent not excluded by law, is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months for use of the App (for free users: zero).

Your privacy

The processing of personal data is described in Your privacy.

11. Amendments to Terms

Quantessa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. We announce material changes within the App or by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the amended terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. Quantessa may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms, with written explanation.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All disputes arising from the use of the Application shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court shall be the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in Belgrade, at the registered seat of the entrepreneur.

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, this does not limit your rights under EU consumer law — you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for disputes: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
