The largest and most beautiful park in Madrid, a former royal estate covering 125 hectares. It was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2021 as part of the 'Landscape of Light'. Particularly notable are the Crystal Palace, the large boating lake, and numerous sculptures.
Entry to the park is free and open daily. The Crystal Palace (Palacio de Cristal) inside the park is also free. Weekends tend to be crowded — visiting in the morning hours on weekdays is recommended.
