Royal residence on Wawel Hill, a symbol of Polish statehood and culture. The complex includes a Gothic-Renaissance castle, a cathedral, and other buildings. For centuries it served as the seat of Polish kings.
There are several separate tickets for different parts of the complex (imperial apartments, treasury, imperial crypt). Online purchase in advance is recommended, as the number of visitors is limited. The smallest crowds are in the morning on weekdays.
