Everything you need for Camogli in one place
A medieval fortress from the 10th century, situated directly on a rock above the sea, at the edge of the old fishing harbor. Today it serves as an exhibition space and hosts occasional cultural events, while the location itself offers an excellent view of the colorful facades of Camogli.
A Baroque basilica from the 17th century dominates Camogli with its two bell towers and polychrome facade facing the sea. The interior is home to numerous votive offerings and paintings by sailors who survived shipwrecks, bearing witness to the long fishing and maritime tradition of this place.
The coastal promenade that follows the fishing harbor and the shoreline of Camogli offers views of the colorful multi-story houses for which the town is recognized. The walk from the center toward Portofino Regional Park takes about 20 minutes and runs along the sea for almost its entire length.
From Camogli, a boat takes you to the cove of San Fruttuoso, accessible only by sea or along a hiking trail through the Portofino Regional Park.
