Bergün and the Albula Railway

Bergün (Bravuogn) is a village in the Albula Valley, situated along the UNESCO-listed Albula Railway, reachable from St. Moritz by train. The journey itself is part of the experience: between Preda and Bergün, the train navigates a steep valley through spiral tunnels and viaducts, passing several times over sections of track it has already travelled. In winter, Bergün is known for its toboggan run from Preda down to the village; in summer, for walks along the railway line.
