Brașov

Brașov is one of the most beautiful cities in Romania, located in the heart of Transylvania and surrounded by the peaks of the Carpathian Mountains. This medieval city is known for its well-preserved historic core, rich history, and the blend of Saxon and Romanian heritage. In the center of the Old Town stands the Black Church, the largest Gothic church in southeastern Europe, built in the 14th century. Narrow cobblestone streets, squares, and well-preserved medieval buildings make the historic core a pleasant place to stroll. Above the city rises Mount Tâmpa, offering views of Brașov and the surrounding Carpathians.
